The Citizens’ Office is an ULS support service and operates in direct dependence on the Executive Director. It is up to the Citizen’s Office to receive all the citizens ‘ exhibitions – suggestions, compliments/thanks and complaints – ensuring that they are registered and answered within the ‘SIM-Citizen’ Suggestion and Complaint Management System. It is also the citizen’s office:
- inform users of their rights and duties as users of primary health care;
- check the conditions of access of users to health care;
- regularly check the degree of satisfaction of ULS users.
