What we don’t do
Although geared towards health care, for technical and practical reasons the USF is not prepared to attend to the following situations:
- Attending to emergency situations and accidents.
- Completing forms for private institutions, namely insurance companies.
- Transcription of medical exams for occupational medicine, insurance companies, hospital or private consultations.
- Certificates for federated sports and sports clubs, and respective auxiliary means of diagnosis.
- Certificate for hunters licence, licence to use and carry a weapon and driving licence for heavy vehicles.
