Mission
Primary Health Care are an integral part of the health system, as well as of the social, economic and global development of the community. They reflect the socio-cultural and economic characteristics of the society in which they are inserted, they are oriented towards the resolution of the main health problems of the community, they imply the participation of all development sectors, they require and encourage community participation and self-responsibility.
The activities developed by the USF “Tempo de Cuidar” team aims to improve the health level of the population enrolled through the provision of more personalized health care, ensuring good accessibility and continuity of care, always taking into account the different social and family contexts in which the individual/family is inserted.
